AlgoFinTech provides proprietary algorithmic trading software designed for cryptocurrency derivatives and perpetual futures markets. Our Services include automated trade execution through connected trading accounts, a performance monitoring dashboard, and onboarding support. AlgoFinTech is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, asset manager, or hedge fund.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of our Services, you may need to provide account information and connect your trading accounts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, keep your login credentials secure and confidential, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach, and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Trial and Subscription Terms
Trial periods and subscription plans are subject to the following:
- Trial access begins only after completion of the onboarding call
- Trial periods are for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 7 days)
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refund policies are governed by the payment processor's terms and our refund policy
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our Services without written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Services beyond their intended function
- Share your account credentials with third parties
6. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, software, designs, logos, and intellectual property associated with AlgoFinTech are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal trading purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property.
7. Trading Risks and Disclaimers
Cryptocurrency trading, particularly using leveraged derivatives and futures contracts, carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that:
- You could lose some or all of your invested capital
- Past performance is not indicative of future results
- Algorithmic trading systems are subject to technical failures, market disruptions, and connectivity issues
- AlgoFinTech does not guarantee any specific trading outcomes or profits
- You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlgoFinTech and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlgoFinTech and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
